Resellers How to activate your customers

As you see we totally rebuilt completely the new reseller area including the activation panel. We will show you here how to activate your customer for new packs or any activation they might needs.

• Connect your box or dongle to your computer, Open MAINTENANCE module and click go support button. Once you are logged in to your account click on the ACCOUNT menu in the header of the site and select RESELLER tab.

• Now select Activation Panel

• We made it very easy, you simply have to type the box username of your customer and verify his serial number to make sure all ok. (On the old site before there was some problems transfering credits to some username. This is why you have to verify serial number. (This problem not exists anymore)

1. This is the Search area. You have to select your customer before process anything. Simply type the username and select from the list.
2. Once your customer is selected it will appears here, with his account details, you can see Packs already activated on his account, activation date and expiration date
3. Here you can see available activation for the customer you selected. Simply click the activation you need to add to his account
4. Once the products added it appears here. in RED you can see your PROFIT. Means the money YOU make.

• Here i need to activate PACK8 to this customer. I clicked PACK8 in available products. It is now added to products added

• As you can see there is some special offer for this packs. If you add the special offer PACK8 + 1 YEAR, your customer will get the REAL DEAL and get a discount. Same as you, you will get more profit.

• You see there 2 different price. You pay is the amount YOU PAY (as reseller you have discount). You sell is the amount you have to sale to your customer (This is official FuriousGold price) You MUST follow the SAME price. Your profit in RED means is the money you are making each time you sale a PACK8 + 1 YEAR activation for 99euros to your customers. Once you ready click Activate Now button.

• Site will ask you to verify to make sure all is ok and everything is like you want to be. If you ok with the activations requested click Send order button.

• You are done! Your customer get activated in REAL TIME. (We do not use OLD bling credits system so customer do not have to wait) he get his activation in real time

• To make sure your customers stay updated about any activity to his account we also send him an email to confirm you activated his account with new products. It looks like this. if your customer have any questions he can contact you directly from the link we send him by email.
